Grain Frames is the photography and film studio of Jay Shukal, in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. This site exists to show photographs. It runs no advertising, no analytics and no tracking of any kind, and it asks you for nothing.
Nothing. There is no contact form, no comment box, no newsletter sign-up and no account to create. Nothing on these pages asks for your name, your email address or anything else about you.
These pages set no cookies and store nothing in your browser.
There is one exception, and it is not for visitors. The studio has a private page for changing the photographs on this site, reached with a passcode. When Jay signs in there, that page sets a single cookie so it knows he is signed in. The cookie holds an expiry time and a signature, and nothing about the person using it. You will never receive it by reading this site.
This site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel records requests to its servers, which includes IP addresses and browser user agent strings. Those records exist so the service can be run and protected from abuse. Grain Frames does not read them to learn anything about individual visitors, does not combine them with anything else, and does not pass them on. Vercel's own privacy notice covers what it keeps and for how long: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
The contact page gives an email address and a phone number. If you write or call, Grain Frames keeps what you send, for as long as it takes to answer you and to keep a record of work discussed or done. That correspondence is not used for marketing and is not shared with anyone else.
This site links out to Instagram, Pinterest and Behance. Those are other companies' services, and what they collect is governed by their own policies, not this one. Following one of those links takes you to them.
This site is not directed at children and knowingly collects nothing from anyone.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, because there is no mailing list.
